• Tuesday, April 17th - 7:00 pm
All are welcome! If you have a practice, are just starting a practice or simply interested in learning more about meditation, please join us. There is no charge associated with the session. We appreciate the the blessing of your presence. If you have an established practice and simply wish to join us, we would love to have you sit with us.
Disciplined meditation leads to a changed consciousness and a transformation known as awakening. Meditation practice helps put us in touch with being grounded in basic goodness. This spiritual journey takes us to an increasing sense of openness and freedom with fewer reactive tendencies. This leads us to have an increased attitude of compassion for others.
FEBRUARY SESSION will be a teaching and practice of the Mahamudra Entry Protocol. Participants are invited to bring a yoga mat, as the practice begins with participants lying down. Chairs will be available for the second part of the practice. Participants may bring a meditation cushion, if they choose.
MARCH SESSION will be a teaching and practice of Centering Prayer.
