The Rhode Island State Council of Churches is coordinating

Operation No One Dies (NOD)

Operation NOD is a community driven response that addresses immediate needs while promoting connection, harm reduction, and pathways to long-term stability. They are hosting Warming Centers at four Council Churches:

Mathewson Street UMC
Community Church of Providence
Open Table of Christ UMC
Chapel Street UCC (NEW!)

Volunteers are needed to transport our unhoused siblings from and to Mathewson St. to our other Warming Center sites
6:45 AM to 7:30 AM, and 6:45 PM to 9:00 PM - Driver information Flyer
